How to book?
We specialize in selling buses and flights across Southern Africa as well as flights to and from the rest of the world.
When booking on our booking engine, it is a simple four step process.
Where and when you would like to travel.
Select your travel option.
Provide your name and payment information.
While using our booking engine, you are able to book one-way and return trips for up to a year before departure and for a maximum of 9 passengers.
For bookings with more than 9 passengers, please contact us at help@justGO.co.za for assistance.
You are also able to book for children and infants when travelling with parents.
Our booking process is easy and quick to complete and can also be done on your mobile phone.
Please ensure that you enter all names correctly and that they correspond with the identification documentation required for the trip.
Double check your travel dates and the direction of travel when booking.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us confirming all the details related to your trip which together with your identification documents acts as your proof of travel for the trip.
Some service providers also require that you provide the original debit or credit cards used for payment at your point of departure.
From where can I book?
Bookings can be made from anywhere in Southern Africa to where our flights and bus providers provide services to.
There are a number of reasons why you could experience an issue while trying to book.
Ensure your computer has an internet connection, your security settings are set correctly, your firewall and anti-virus could also have an impact.
If you cannot find the bus or flight you are looking for or experience an issue related to payment please contact us.

Our customer service agents are available Monday to Friday from 08:15 to 16:30 and on Saturdays from 08:30 – 12:30. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
If you experience any problems after hours or on a public holiday, please contact the supplier directly for customer service.
How can I make payment?
We accept all major bank cards on our website (excluding Diners and Amex), all our transactions are secured through our 3D secure process which protects you and us as parties in the transaction.
We also offer an instant EFT solution for bank transfers, this does however require that you do have an online banking profile with your bank.
You can also deposit the money to our justGO bank account by using your closest ATM or deposit the cash to your closest bank. Ask our agents for the specific bank account.
We do not accept frequent flier and loyalty program points for payment.
Changes in travel plans?
All bookings made on www.justgo.co.za are non-refundable and changes cannot be made.
For all cancellations you need to contact the supplier to arrange for a refund if your ticket allows for a refund to take place.
Refunds could take from 6 to 8 weeks.
If you are a no show for you trip, the supplier will cancel your reservation and you need to contact the carrier for assistance.
Make sure you arrive at the airport or bus terminal with enough time to complete check in procedures, dependent on the carrier airport this could be anywhere from 1 hour before departure for domestic flights to 2 hours for international flights.
Please ensure you have all the required documentation on your trip, this includes all visas and passport information. justGO does not accept responsibility for incorrect travel documentation which could lead to denied boarding.
Baggage and excess baggage allowances differ per airline and bus company as well as on the destination. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the baggage restrictions of your carrier.
Some sporting equipment fly for free, please ensure you confirm your allowance before you travel.
Booking extra services?
Pre-seating is not possible on ww.justgo.co.za, if you have any specific pre-seating requirements, please contact us and we will assist.
Unaccompanied minors are children that have not reached their 16th birthday and are not allowed to travel alone. Unaccompanied minors pay full fare and their acceptance are dependent on the specific carrier, please contact us for more information.
Children are any person who haven’t reached their 11th birthday and could qualify for a discount. Any person that is 12 years and above is regarded as an adult and pays full fare.
Infants are young children who have not reached their second birthday. They also pay even if they are not occupying a seat.
Wheelchairs and medical requirements to be confirmed with the carrier before your booking is made, please contact us for assistance.
Carriers have loyalty programs which qualify frequent travellers for benefits, make sure you are registered to receive these benefits.
Special meals can we requested from specific carriers at the time of booking, please contact us for any specific requirements you may have,
Online check-in is available for a number of airlines, please make use of the airline website before you travel to check-in and save time at the airport.

Refunds, Cancellations and Changes?
If you wish to make a change to the booking, we will endeavor to assist in making the change. Fares will be re-quoted at the time of amendment. An administration fee may be charged by us for each amendment.
Refunds can take up to 8 weeks or longer for processing.
You may cancel your booking in respect of any services. Penalties will be applied based on the supplier’s rules. An administration fee will be charged by us for each cancellation.
If you can provide suitable documentary proof that the passenger, for whom the service was originally booked, has passed away or has been hospitalized and will be unable to use the service as a result, no cancellation charges will apply.
It is important to note that all booking made at www.justGO.co.za are non-refundable and changes are allowed with an admin fee. Your booking may be entitled to a refund but this needs to be confirmed with the supplier.
